4th「The Lion the Beast the Beat」(12) から " Never Go Back " を私訳。このアルバムにはザ・ブラック・キーズ　のフロントマン、ダン・アウアーバックが作曲と演奏で参加 (2、6、9) していて、自身のアルバム「El Camino」(11) の時のポンポン弾むリズムがこの " Never Go Back " でも再現されていて面白い。今作は前作に比べてコクがなくなったというか、スッキリとしたアルバムになっているだけに、このポンポン弾むリズムはいい感じのアクセント。
